Scenario: you're a seller breaking into a new territory and want to introduce yourself to your local prospects as their go-to account manager (even offer to treat them to coffee). But with so many prospects in your city, how can you automate this outreach?

This one is great for building relationships with prospects but challenging to do manually. Sending prospects LinkedIn InMail messages one by one is super tedious, and will cause you to run out of credits on day one.

🔍 Sourcing Your Leads from Sales Navigator

This play starts in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, where you’ll build your list of target prospects. In this example, let’s say you’re looking to reach out to heads of sales, growth, and business development at companies with 1–500 employees in San Francisco.

Here’s how to filter your audience:

Company Headcount: 1–500

Geography: Use Personal > Geography and type in San Francisco (not the company HQ!)

Job Titles: Head of Sales, Head of Growth, Business Development

You’ll now have a focused list of ideal prospects in your target market. One limitation though: Sales Nav doesn’t let you filter by B2B vs. B2C companies — but don’t worry, we’ll fix that in Unify.

Once your Sales Navigator search is ready, use PhantomBuster to export the results into a CSV.

Use the Sales Navigator Search Export Phantom, paste your search URL, and run it. You’ll get a clean spreadsheet of leads — no emails yet, but Unify will handle that next.

📥 Uploading to Unify & Enriching Your List

Now it’s time to take your exported leads and bring them into Unify, the platform that makes outbound automation effortless.

Here’s what to do:

1. Head to the People section in Unify

2. Click Upload CSV

3. Turn Email Enrichment on (Unify will find verified emails for you)

4. Map your fields and save your audience

And just like that, your Sales Navigator leads are now enriched and ready for action.
