Introducing Unify’s HubSpot Integration

Today at Unify, we're excited to share a big announcement: we’ve released a native integration with HubSpot CRM. The CRM is the brain of our customers’ go-to-market motions. HubSpot customers using Unify can now see and use their HubSpot contacts, companies and deals in audiences, playbooks, sequences and exclusions.

The Proliferation of HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM has exploded in popularity over the last few years, today more than 216,000 companies use HubSpot. HubSpot's customer base is growing 22% year-over-year at massive scale. This widespread adoption is reflected in our inbound pipeline - 46% of our demo requests come from HubSpot CRM users. The tailwinds around HubSpot CRM are clear.

Unify’s Hubspot Integration

Unify customers can now integrate with HubSpot via our native integration. Why this matters:

  • Speed-to-lead: best practice is to reach your buyers in 15 minutes or less after a signal happens, this is only possible with a direct CRM integration
  • Rules of engagement: HubSpot lets Unify know who your customers and active deals are so that we can follow your rules of engagement
  • Audiences: build target account lists, triggers for automated warm outreach, and more using data from your HubSpot contacts, companies and deals
  • Activities (coming soon): Unify will sync activities back to HubSpot automatically to ensure that your CRM is up to date with all sales activities

How We Built It

From building our native Salesforce integration in 2023, we’ve found that decisions we make today on product architecture make or break the product experience for our customers. Here are a few details on how we architected our HubSpot integration:

  1. Read-syncing: our integration reads companies, contacts, and deals from HubSpot every 15 minutes, ensuring your data is always up-to-date
  2. Native integration: we've built our integration directly with HubSpot APIs and avoided third-party integrators to maintain maximum control over the product experience
  3. Using HubSpot fields: we map the fields you use in HubSpot (including custom ones) to let you construct audiences, build exclusions, and dynamically personalize emails
  4. Bi-directional (coming soon): records created for you by Unify will be written back to your HubSpot account to maintain it as your source of truth
