Our manifesto

Your product is ready.
Your mission is sound.
Your team is assembled.
There’s money in the bank.

You press the button, with eyes wide open.
It’s time to change the world, you whisper.

But... two years later, growth is slow. Traction is non-existent.

You have a list of likely customers, but they don’t seem to care about your product.

You have an all-star-team of sellers, but their calendars are empty. You have a cutting edge tech stack, but you can’t tell what’s working.

You wonder: Is it my product?
— or how I’m distributing it?

Today, it can be difficult to know. You can build something great, but still fail because the status quo for growth no longer works like it used to — from paid ads to cold outreach. Maybe your emails are too generic… your sales team is overloaded with insights… or your tools are too fragmented to see the big picture. When competition is fiercer than ever, there are so many reasons things might not be working.

We believe the answer isn’t more hustle, or a new system of record. But instead, a new system of action for reaching the right customer, at the right time, with the right message. We believe in a future where every interaction is timely and personal, and every seller is building relationships, not spreadsheets. A future where you don’t need a dozen tools to manage it all...

You just need one.

Unify is built on our belief that when you’re faced with hundreds if not thousands of ads, messages, emails, and posts each day — only the ideas you need right now can break through.

I got my first taste of this approach back in college, when I first went on the job hunt. While the rest of my colleagues took jobs in and around Houston, I set my sights on New York City… where I had zero connections. So, I scoured LinkedIn for the perfect person who might be able to help: an alumnus from my university who seemed to have the job I always wanted.

I wrote a heartfelt, personal email with just the right subject line, and got a reply before I could even get nervous about the opportunity. Some time later, I got the job — and so my intuition evolved around how even cold outbound could be made more engaging. With the right level of care, thoughtfulness, and thinking… the world is your oyster.

And so, our north star metric isn’t email opens, or even conversion — since we know it takes time for someone to make a decision. Instead, we focus on positive interactions with prospects: what we believe is the greatest predictor of conversion down the road. It’s positive sum, for both buyer and seller. (In the case of my contact in New York City, he was actually excited to help a youngster looking to follow in his footsteps!)

By making growth a science, we hope to create a world where success is defined by product quality and customer fit, not how well you write emails.
Then, we can achieve our mission:
to help the best products just win.

In this future, companies will be able to reach their ideal customers through powerful systems that do the heavy lifting, with people in the loop to create meaningful connections that drive growth. We’re like a new search engine, but for companies on the hunt for their next customer.

Unify is already trusted by hundreds of the world's most innovative growth and revenue teams. Give it a try, and then, get back to doing what you do best…

Sellers can get back to selling, and builders can get back to building.

Now… may the best product win.
